The Timmins Family Counselling Centre offers the following range of services: individual, couple and family therapy; anger management groups for men and for women; family violence groups; self-esteem groups; healing from abuse groups for women; individual counselling for women and for men who have been sexually abused; partner assault response groups. These services are generally offered in both English and French to clients who are 16 years of age or older.

Our Mission

The Timmins Family Counselling Centre is committed to providing high quality therapeutic services in regards to maintaining and improving the functioning of families, couples and the individual. The Centre aims to promote education and development in the community and advocates for the clients’ rights with a goal of improving the quality of life in Timmins and its surrounding areas.
